ASPCI is a small shelter located in Pell City that serves St. Clair County and Pell City. Our capacity is 150 animals and we are always full. In cooperation with the Trussville PetSmart store, we currently hold mobile adoptions on alternating Saturdays and Sundays. We also network with several rescue groups in the southeast to place some of our wonderful dogs and cats.
